Below information covers packaging standards, shipping options, delivery period and related cost instructions for all wholesale orders of WovenNatural handmade woven home goods.

1. Packaging Standard

1.1 Regular goods adopt carton packaging with bubble wrap inside to prevent scratch, deformation during long-distance transit.

1.2 Customized packaging with customer’s private label, brand sticker or gift box is available upon buyer’s request, extra packaging cost will be quoted separately.

2. Available Shipping Methods

• Sea freight: suitable for bulk full-container wholesale orders with lowest unit shipping cost
• Air freight: for small batch orders or urgent replenishment with shorter transit time
• Express delivery: for sample orders and tiny trial orders

3. Shipping Cost & Responsibility

Shipping expense depends on total weight, volume, destination country and selected logistics way. We quote freight cost separately according to clients’ shipping term (FOB, CIF, DDP etc.). Import duty and local clearance fee at destination shall be borne by buyers unless otherwise agreed in contract.

4. Production & Delivery Lead Time

Standard production cycle is 15–30 working days after receiving official deposit. The delivery date will be affected by customized craft, order quantity and raw material supply, we will inform buyers in advance for any possible delay.

5. Policy Revision

WovenNatural reserves the right to update shipping and packaging rules without prior notice, revised content will be published on this page directly.
